Halloween decor

This year we decorated our house for Halloween. First, we carved a jack-o-lantern and lit it with a color changing LED night light...

Then we colored our porch lights with some gel that Tony had rolling around in the trunk of his car...

And we put a red gel on the light in our entry way. It had Christopher pretty freaked out...

Tony says "we." He did it all while John, Christopher, and I watched. John liked climbing the ladder.

So cool! Were the kids excited to trick or treat at your house?

Ok, it kinda freaks me out. :-)

For Christmas, we'll have Santa Claus's head with an LED nightlight in it. That would really be freaky.

Or you could have a Rudolph head over your door with an LED light in his nose. Bet that would keep the carollers away.

I meant to ask - is your jack o' lantern meant to be the pumpkin equivalent of the aliens from Toy Story?

Oops that last comment was from me - it just had a weird name attached to it because I was commenting from my other google account. It should hopefully be fixed now...?

I think it's actually inspired by pumpkins from "The Berenstain Bears Ghost Walk." But "Toy Story" alien pumpkin is good too.
