John had a rough day today. He woke up with a fever and was feeling crappy all day long. He had two naps, but wasn't really happy with either one. He was very clingy to Daddy all day, I'm glad Tony could be home most of the day.
John has been fighting an ear infection. He is one day away from the end of his second course of antibiotics, but I don't think they worked. His ear is still red and he rubs it every so often. And his cough is still not good too. We have a follow-up appointment on Wednesday. I hope he's not one of those kids susceptible to ear infections! One of his day-care mates, Jackson, just got tubes in his ears after having 9 ear infections in 8 months! YUCKO! Poor little guy!
At least John is very good at getting sick on Fridays! That works out well for his recovery times!

Lily had them too, and tubes for too long.
you might want to check with John's pediatrician for ear drops that numb the irritation. saved us many a time, and the results are really fast. I'll try to locate the name and get back to you.
