I can't make any other answer beside the one John picked (Question 1, B) be correct. Can you?
It's little things like these that make me worry about the kids' education...
Question 1 only has one logical answer! what in the world is she talking about?
Now, I could come up with different thinking for Question 3 though...4 students have 20 crayons to share (is it 20 crayons TOTAL or 20 crayons EACH?)
We deal with similar stuff with Naomi Common Core math...hopefully they just learn how to problem solve in general and can back up the reason for their answer.
