John went to his cardiologist today and passed with flying colors. After the ultrasound the doctor said a bunch of stuff to us that I didn't quite catch, but each thing ended with "....looks great!" We go back for another checkup in 2 years!

Dr. Malpass said everything looks good and normal ("remarkably normal" in one instance). He gave us some "theoretical" problems that might arise and mentioned some symptoms that are unlikely but possible, mostly in the interest of covering all the bases and worst case scenarios. John is allowed to go on being "a normal kid."
He certainly proved his goofiness has never been at stake! But of course he comes by that genetically from both Tony and me! :) Doctor, nurse, and technician were all complimentary about his behavior.
Awesome! Such great news! Pat yourselves on the backs for being great parents, too!
